Are you an Epic Certified Analyst with a passion for optimizing revenue cycle operations We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Revenue Cycle Epic Certified Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing healthcare operations using your expertise in Epic systems. You'll work closely with the Revenue Cycle and Epic Directors to refine and improve processes, build reports, and ensure the smooth integration of revenue cycle functions. Key Responsibilities: Review and enhance current Epic PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker builds to ensure optimal revenue cycle performance. Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Director to refine work queue functionality, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Partner with the Revenue Cycle Director to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards utilizing Epic systems. Assist both the Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with managing tickets placed with the Epic Community Connect host site. Contribute to enhancing Epic and clearinghouse functionalities, improving overall efficiency. Support the creation of tailored end-user training in collaboration with the Revenue Cycle and Epic Directors. Required: Epic PB Certification(s). RHIA/RHIT/CPC Certification. Extensive experience in revenue cycle reporting, build logic, claims adjudication, data management, and training. Familiarity with clearinghouse procedures. Experience in public health, community health, physician clinics, FQHC, or RHC settings. Prior exposure to Mississippi healthcare systems. Strong understanding of Epic Revenue Cycle modules (PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, Beaker). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
