Please find the job details below: Job Title: D365 FnO functional consultant Location: Greensboro, NC (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, ensuring that the D365 Finance and Operations (FnO) solution aligns with their needs. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration and customization. Lead the implementation of D365 FnO modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Retail, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the process. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the D365 FnO system effectively. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 FnO with other systems and applications. Participate in testing phases, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing, to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Document processes, configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support. Stay updated on the latest D365 FnO features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a D365 FnO Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance and operations processes. In-depth knowledge of D365 FnO modules and functionalities, with the ability to configure and customize the system as per client requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Experience in project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
