The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that will enhance credit management processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Oracle R12 Credit Management modules, including setup, configuration, and customization. Configure credit policies, scoring models, credit limits, and approval workflows. Ensure integration with other Oracle R12 modules such as Accounts Receivable, Order Management Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to credit management processes. Develop functional specifications and design documents based on business requirements. Work with technical team for any new customizations required. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-users during the testing phase. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives. Preferred Skillset Oracle R12 certification in Credit Management or related modules. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrades and migrations. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
