This is a contract-to-hire role, initially starting as a contractor for 6 months and transitioning to full-time afterward. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in designing and integrating cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare industry, focusing on leveraging Azure and Snowflake tools. Experience with Epic is a huge plus, but not required. Responsibilities: Act as a Full-time Enterprise Architect with expertise in Data Strategy and AI Strategy. Design and integrate Azure-based data architecture and strategy. Develop solutions using Snowflake for data management and analytics. Collaborate with the Epic Integration Specialist to assess integration gaps and evaluate product selections. Address complex business and technical challenges through strategic thinking. Provide hands-on contribution to the core innovation team. Bring experience in the US healthcare sector, particularly with Healthcare Payer experience. Prepare for and complete Epic certification if necessary. Provide ongoing strategic guidance and architecture design solutions in a rapidly evolving technical environment. Skills & Qualifications: Must Have: Strong experience with Snowflake, Azure, and AWS. Healthcare experience is essential (Healthcare Payer or Epic experience is highly valued). Proficiency in integrating Azure tools for architecture design. Demonstrated experience in data strategy and AI strategy. Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with innovation teams. Epic knowledge is a huge plus, but if absent, strong Healthcare Payer (Health Insurance) experience is required. English proficiency at a C2 level (fluent in both verbal and written communication). Nice to Have: Epic integration experience (a significant plus).
