Certified PMP or similar is a plus. Bilingual Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required. Japanese is nice to have. Financial services experience is required; experience in custodian systems is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Agile Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
