About the Role: As an EDI Integration Architect, you will design, develop, and implement robust EDI solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange with trading partners. You will provide architectural blueprints, lead development efforts, and manage projects, leveraging your expertise in EDI standards and communication protocols. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement EDI solutions using X12, EDIFACT standards. Configure and manage EDI translator tools, preferably IBM Sterling Gentran. Develop EDI mappings and trading partner setups. Implement and manage EDI communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, VAN). Provide architectural blueprints and high-level design for applications. Integrate software solutions and ensure system interoperability. Lead code development, bug fixing, and defect management. Manage projects, estimate effort, and prioritize tasks. Develop and communicate weekly status and trending reports. Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations. Essential Skills: Strong expertise in EDI X12 and EDIFACT standards. Proficiency in EDI mapping and trading partner setup. Experience with EDI communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTPS). Knowledge of data formats (EDI, XML, Flat File, CSV, Positional). Experience with EDI transactions (850, 810, 856, 835, 837). Software architecture and design skills. Project management and team leadership experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong understanding of SDLC. Defect management experience. Desirable Skills: Experience with IBM Sterling Gentran. Supply chain domain knowledge. Experience with additional EDI translator tools. Effort estimation of change request.
