Develop automation scripts using Power and Ansible to improve IT efficiency. Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Perform basic data center-related activities, including hardware installations and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system automation and streamline workflows. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation of configurations, automation scripts, and troubleshooting steps. Required Qualifications & Skills: Hands-on experience with VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation. Strong knowledge of VMware technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Power and Ansible. Basic understanding of data center operations, including server and network components. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
