Healthcare Business Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA - hybrid Location: 3 days onsite in a week at SFO,CA Required strong pharma domain exp The Sr. IT Business Analyst is a member of the Field Enablement team within US Informatics at Genenetch/Roche and serves as a trusted liaison to our business partners in the CMG (Commercial, Medical and Government affairs) organization to help drive multiple technology and analytics needs. Requirements Drive the project requirements and liaison with Business and IT solution/Dev team from initiation to completion end to end as a BSA Facilitate workshops - story-boarding, translate story-boarding artifacts into an electronic format and provide input in design sessions. Perform any data analysis to support use case feasibility. Analyze and document requirements as user stories (scope) and business rules (use cases) and UX needs. Plan user acceptance test (UAT), support creation of UAT scripts and facilitate UAT. Analyze and document current and future business processes. Train the operations team as needed and support them in resolving production issues. Perform knowledge transfer to Training & Communication teams. Support user deployment activities as needed. Must build strong relationships with our stakeholders. Show up with an enterprise mindset and ensure work is not being done in silos. Be a systems thinker and look at the big picture while determining the best solution. Skills 12+ years of experience analyzing business requirements supporting medium to large scale projects as the primary BSA. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent preferred. Strong experience in Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams is a must have. (Scrum certification is a plus). Strong experience with documenting Epics, User Stories and spikes using a scrum tool such as JIRA is a must. Some SQL experience is a must have. Working knowledge of using collaboration tools such as Miro, Jamboard etc. Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and a problem solving mindset. Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and required to have an agile mindset. Experience in UI/UX design especially pertaining to Data Dashboard design is preferred. IBAA-CBAP or similar certification is a huge plus.
