The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling, SAP Finance Master Data, SAP Finance for Cloud, SAP S/4HANA - Finance, SAP Finance VIM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance Conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our finance systems. Required Skills : ,SAP Finance Master Data, SAP ECC - Finance & Controling, SAP S/4HANA - Finance, SAP Finance for Cloud, SAP Finance VIM,SAP S/4HANA Finance Conversion Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the integration of SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling with other SAP modules. - Provide expertise in SAP Finance Master Data to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Drive the adoption of SAP Finance for Cloud to enhance scalability and flexibility. - Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA - Finance to improve financial processes and reporting. - Manage the deployment of SAP Finance VIM to streamline invoice management. - Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Conversion projects to transition from legacy systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to the finance team. - Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Finance processes and configurations. - Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP Finance systems. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. - Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Possess extensive experience in SAP ECC - Finance & Controlling. - Demonstrate expertise in SAP Finance Master Data management. - Have a strong background in SAP Finance for Cloud implementations. - Show proficiency in SAP S/4HANA - Finance. - Have hands-on experience with SAP Finance VIM. - Be skilled in SAP S/4HANA Finance Conversion projects. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Have a proven track record of successful SAP Finance project implementations. - Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Have a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor team members. - Show a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. Common expectations for all roles The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members > 8 years of professional SAP consulting experience. SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC. Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model SAP certification Preferred.
