https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2266469&uid= Job Title: NetSuite Inventory Management Consultant Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid/Remote Option Available) Job Type: Contract/Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Inventory Management Consultant with a minimum of 8+ years of experience to join our team for a large-scale NetSuite implementation project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite inventory management, supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and procurement workflows. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, designing solutions, and ensuring a seamless implementation of NetSuite's inventory and supply chain modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite Inventory Management and Supply Chain Modules. Configure and customize inventory workflows, item records, bin management, cycle counting, demand planning, and order management. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into NetSuite solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop and execute test plans, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. Provide guidance on best practices for inventory tracking, fulfillment, warehouse management, and multi-location inventory. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to integrate inventory management with procurement, sales, and financial reporting. Support data migration activities related to inventory, BOMs, and supply chain processes. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, specifically Inventory Management, Advanced Inventory, and Supply Chain Modules. Strong experience with item setups, bin and location tracking, demand and supply planning, and warehouse operations. Expertise in NetSuite workflows, saved searches, Suite Script (preferred), and Suite Flow. Hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Deep understanding of inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, Average Cost, Standard Cost, etc.). Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping carriers, and procurement tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Suite Foundation) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, or e-commerce industries. Knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Talk, or Suite Analytics.
