Title: CMDB Engineer Location: Greenwood Village, CO ( 4 days onsite 1 day remote) (Local Only) Duration: Contract Visa: USC/GC only Provide support for Remedy CMDB 20.02 and the ITSM Suite until retirement. Transition to supporting XXXXX as the next platform for service management. Develop and support Remedy ITSM/CMDB solutions. Lead and architect ITSM/CMDB projects for medium to enterprise-sized customers. Deliver solutions within the Service Management realm focused on the BMC Remedy Suite of tools. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide training and implementation services for service desk, change, asset lifecycle, and CMDB solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Remedy Developer / CMDB Engineer. Extensive experience with Remedy development tools and administrative experience. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Experience in UNIX System Administration and application development. ITIL V3 Foundation certification. Analytical skills and business analysis expertise. Experience with web services. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-premise environment.
