This role involves software application development, programming, and technical design, requiring strong analytical and debugging skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be proficient in DB2, VSAM, JCL, SQL, and CICS command-level programming. Must be local to Parsippany, NJ and be able to attend an onsite interview . Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technologies, including at least 5 years of on-site client experience. Bachelors degree in technology (Masters preferred). Strong expertise in Mainframe COBOL development. Experience with DB2, VSAM, JCL, SQL, CICS, MVS, TSO, and ISPF. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with ChangeMan, Control-M, SPUFI, QMF, CLISTs, REXX, and INSYNCH UTILITIES. Knowledge of Mainframe CICS REST Web Services.
