Workday certifications preferred. Their resume needs to very clearly outline their Program Manager experience. Their recent roles on the resume must be Program Manager roles (not project manager or product manager). This must be a Program Manager who has worked on ensuring large-scale enterprise programs are driven to completion. Very important to have Change Management experience. They must be able to articulate specific change management tactics related to their recent work. Our client has embarked on a strategic initiative to modernize critical business functions including human resources, payroll, finance, procurement, asset management, budgeting, and related processes. The initiative involves replacing the existing Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system with a cloud-based Workday solution, integrated with multiple third-party applications. This transformation aims to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and significantly improve user experience across the organization, impacting all departments. Responsibilities : Establish and lead the ERP Program Management Office (PMO). Manage end-to-end project planning, governance, and execution. Coordinate the implementation of Workday ERP, including integration, configuration, data migration, and system decommissioning. Develop and execute robust change management and user adoption strategies. Ensure proactive risk management, issue resolution, and effective stakeholder communication. Oversee vendor relationships, including Workday and third-party integrators. Facilitate training and transition strategies to operationalize new systems and processes. Lead post-implementation activities, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills : At least 5 years managing large-scale software implementations impacting multiple departments with significant financial implications. Minimum 2 years leading Workday ERP implementations in public sector/government environments (Workday certifications preferred). Proven experience in formal project management methodologies, tools (MS Office, Smartsheet), and best practices. Deep understanding of organizational change management, training, and adoption strategies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to strategically align technology initiatives with organizational objectives. Experience collaborating effectively with governmental agencies and labor unions. Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
