Must Have Requirements: Skills: Power BI , Microsoft BI We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Power BI Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Power BI and functional business acumen, supporting budgeting processes, analytics projects, and reporting enhancements during a period of acquisitions and operational growth. While this position is remote-friendly, preference will be given to candidates who can work on-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as needed. Technical Skills Expert-Level Power BI Proficiency Strong skills in Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service, with experience in report optimization and troubleshooting. Budgeting & Forecasting Experience Proven ability to develop financial models and budgeting solutions in Power BI. Data Integration & Modeling Experience integrating data from multiple sources into Power BI dashboards. Write-Back Tools Familiarity with Power BI write-back solutions is a plus. Business & Functional Expertise Acquisitions & Analytics Support Experience working with M&A data integrations or post-acquisition analytics is advantageous. Process Improvement Mindset Ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions. Collaboration & Communication Strong ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
