Create Datacap capture applications using tools like the Datacap Studio to design document layouts, define data fields, and develop extraction rules. Configure FileNet repositories to receive captured data, manage document versions, and enforce security policies. Implement custom workflows within FileNet to route documents based on extracted data and business rules. Develop data extraction logic using techniques like optical character recognition (OCR), intelligent character recognition (ICR), and machine learning to accurately extract data from various document types. Implement data validation rules to ensure data quality and consistency before storing in FileNet.
