Analyze complex business problems and develop technical solutions. Work with DB2 and VSAM files, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. Write and execute JCL, SQL, and CICS command-level programs. Debug and resolve application issues with minimal supervision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth software development cycles. Manage tasks effectively using time management and organizational skills. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technologies, including at least 5 years of on-site client experience. Bachelors degree in technology (Masters preferred). Strong expertise in Mainframe COBOL development. Experience with DB2, VSAM, JCL, SQL, CICS, MVS, TSO, and ISPF. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with ChangeMan, Control-M, SPUFI, QMF, CLISTs, REXX, and INSYNCH UTILITIES. Knowledge of Mainframe CICS REST Web Services. Experience with Mainframe JSON and XML processing.
