Job Title: Senior SAP PP Functional - Location: Dallas, TX (REMOTE) 6 months Travelling required once in a while. Fully paid by the client. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PP Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Production Planning (PP) module. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP PP, extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: SAP PP (Production Planning): Lead SAP PP module implementation, enhancements, and support in discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing industries. Design and configure PP Master Data (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions). Implement and support Planning Strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning). Manage Production Execution processes including Order Management, Shop Floor Control, and Repetitive Manufacturing. Integrate SAP PP with SD, MM, WM, and FICO modules. Optimize Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Variant Configuration. Project Leadership & Support: Lead SAP PP/QM Rollouts, Implementations, and Support Projects. Work with SAP S/4HANA migrations, Fiori apps, and SAP best practices. Conduct Business Process Analysis, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design. Provide expert-level SAP PP/QM Functional Configuration. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and SAP developers (ABAP, Fiori). Drive user training, change management, and knowledge transfer. Key Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM and ECC 6.0.
