Position Title: SAP IS Oil/TSW Consultant Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Role Type: Contract Implementation Partner: HCL America Must have Oil & Gas Domain experience Job Description: An SAP IS-Oil Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding and implementing SAP solutions specifically designed for the oil and gas industry, including modules within the "IS-Oil" module, by analyzing client business needs, designing configurations, and ensuring successful deployment of the system to optimize upstream and downstream operations within the oil and gas sector; essentially acting as a bridge between business requirements and the SAP IS-Oil functionalities to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the oil industry. Key responsibilities may include: Business Requirement Gathering: Deeply understanding the specific business processes and challenges faced by oil and gas companies to accurately translate them into SAP IS-Oil configurations. Solution Design: Designing and configuring SAP IS-Oil modules including Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI) to align with client needs. Implementation Support: Performing system implementation activities like data migration, testing, training, and go-live support for SAP IS-Oil solutions. Module Expertise: Having 5-8 years of experience having in-depth knowledge specific IS-Oil modules like upstream operations management, strong TSW implementation experience with 3WP, F&A pricing. Knowledge of TD, HPM, Exchanges, SILO Management Experience in Integration with other interfaces and Idoc Handling, working with custom development Experience on Marine and Rail scenario in TSW Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their priorities, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshooting and Support: Providing ongoing functional support to clients, resolving issues related to SAP IS-Oil functionality, and addressing post-implementation queries I look forward to hearing from you.
