Guide developers to choose best tools for RPA development. Collaborating with business analysts and developers to design and implement RPA solutions. Identifying and prioritizing RPA opportunities within the Finance function and other relevant areas. Ensuring the scalability and security of RPA solutions. Establishing and maintaining RPA governance and best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure RPA solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices and security standards. Participate in technical reviews and testing of RPA solutions. Monitor and track technical risks and issues related to RPA implementations. Assist in the creation of technical documentation for RPA solutions. Ensure proper handoff of RPA solutions to support and maintenance teams. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Deep understanding of leading RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere & Power Automate). Proficiency in advanced RPA development techniques, including complex workflows, exception handling, and error management. Knowledge of platform architecture, infrastructurerequirements, and scalability. Strong understanding of programming concepts and languages Knowledgeof cloud-based RPA deployments and management. Experience in identifying automation opportunitiesand assessing their feasibility. Experience increating technical design documents and architecturediagrams. Ability to evaluate and select appropriateRPA tools and technologies. Experience inmanaging RPA projectsfrom initiation to completion(must). Ability to developproject plans, manageresources, and trackprogress. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations. Knowledge of security and compliance requirements. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or information technology. Experience in developing large scaleapplications in financeand accounting domains are a necessary. Experience in working with multiple projects simultaneously is amust Experience in working with offshore onsite model is required for this role. Architect experience of 8+ years and strong knowledge of RPA, finance and accounting systems/ functionalities and integration methodologies. Experience inmultiple implementation and integration of financesystems. DELIVERABLES AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The resource will be engaged for the following deliverables: 1 | Design of the project/ systems objects | Detailed RPA designincluding the new components needed and the changes neededfor new/existing systems High level and Low-Level Design Logical and Physical Data Models Integrationrequirement documentation | CIT project managersignoff IFC EA sign off | 2 | Development of the project/ systems | Support BA and other RPA developers in completing the object generation. Development of all the RPA objects to complete the business process. Develop all additional objects needed to take care of the transaction processing, reconciliation process, data transfer and audit requirements. Reporting: reconciliation and validation reports. Lead/ guide other developers to complete the RPA objects as per the specification provided.
