Key Responsibilities 1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. 2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity 3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Project Management Skills (APPS)-Project Management-Project Management Change Management Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university. 1-5 or more years applied working experience including project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. The following skills may set you apart: Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Planning, organizational and leadership skills Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentations, meeting facilitation and negotiation Interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Demonstrated success in identifying and managing risk Communicating and reporting project status to leadership Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution skills. Experience with SAP Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
