We are currently looking to fill a
BPM Architect position with one of our clients, Cognizant, and would appreciate
your support in identifying qualified candidates. Please note that the position
is 100% onsite in Irving, TX, and no exceptions will be made regarding remote
work. We are open to US s, Card Holders, and all visa holders
(candidates must be able to provide an E-Verify form upon request).
Additionally, candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not local to
Irving, TX.

The pay rate for this role is open
to market rate, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
and experienced BPM Architect with over 5 years of expertise in BPM technology
architecture and solution design. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+
years of experience with JBPM, strong knowledge in Java/J2EE development, web
services (SOAP and REST), and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. The role
requires hands-on experience with integration frameworks such as SOAP, REST web
services, Camel, and Mule. Strong technical communication skills are crucial to
guide best practices during project planning and execution.

Top 4 Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience with JBPM BPM
Services Development, Customization, Event-Driven BPM, and Rule & Rule Flow
design.

Strong expertise in Java/J2EE
development, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Spring, and Hibernate.

Proficiency in integration
frameworks such as SOAP, REST web services, Camel, and Mule.

Ability to translate complex
business requirements into technical solutions, with strong communication and
leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Design and architect BPM solutions
using JBPM for effective process management and automation.

Lead integration efforts with
frameworks like Camel and Mule to ensure seamless communication between
systems.

Analyze complex business and
functional requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical
delivery plans.

Mentor and guide development teams,
ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

Provide hands-on technical
leadership during project execution, ensuring timely delivery of scalable,
maintainable solutions.
