Strong technical communication skills are crucial to guide best practices during project planning and execution. Top 4 Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience with JBPM BPM Services Development, Customization, Event-Driven BPM, and Rule & Rule Flow design. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE development, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Spring, and Hibernate. Proficiency in integration frameworks such as SOAP, REST web services, Camel, and Mule. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, with strong communication and leadership skills.
