Key Responsibilities: Design and implement analytics solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, ensuring quality and performance. Utilize Azure data tools for preparation, integration, and storage. Automate data processing to reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with business IT teams to gather and document requirements. Partner with data science, governance, and IT teams to deliver solutions. Participate in Scaled Agile development and support production issues. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in data pipeline development and enterprise data warehouses. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, data lakes, and OLAP. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Spark, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Python, and DevOps (CI/CD). Experience with data integration tools (Qlik Replicate), data modeling tools (Erwin), and PowerBI/Tableau is a plus. Scaled Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps knowledge preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and drive results. Proactive in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
