As a key member of the team, this Application Development Lead will structure, lead, and facilitate various design meetings and workshops, to client leadership. This Application Development Lead will discuss common architecture patterns and reference models, ensuring the right technical skills are on the team. Responsibilities include establishing the solution architecture approach, lead requirements analysis, outline key architectural decisions, plan milestones, and manage engagement outcomes. While overseeing team members, this Application Development Lead will guide the team towards successful engagement outcomes. While leading the development teams, this individual will conduct code reviews, provide effort estimates, prioritize tasks, and make decisions on architecture and technical debt. Additionally, this individual will contribute to the clients knowledge base by creating technique papers, work product descriptions, architectural decisions, guiding principles, documents, and code assets. This Application Development Lead will analyze technical requirements, plan and execute design and implementation work, while considering time, cost, and quality targets. While demonstrating strong leadership skills, this individual will further the evolution of intellectual capital assets and develop practice resources. Finally, this lead will educate, mentor, and coach teams in applying consulting techniques.
