Tech Lead (.NET/Azure) Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid) Local to Deerfield (only 35-minute distance accepted from the client location) We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead who can also flex into a Delivery Lead role when needed. This individual will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and delivering modern cloud-based applications on Azure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET development, Azure cloud technologies, and Agile software delivery. The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the analysis, documentation, definition and implementation of technology solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of cloud-based applications using Azure technologies. Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, DevOps, and Security teams in an Agile environment. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bicep, and ARM templates. Debug and troubleshoot complex C# .NET applications using MS Visual Studio. Work with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB. Required Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field experience. 10+ years of .NET programming experience (C# preferred). 5+ years of Azure cloud experience with expertise in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management (APIM) Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Must have developed and deployed at least 10 Azure Functions following SDLC best practices. Must have: Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Familiarity with 3rd-party API integrations and Web UI interactions.
