In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our clients using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. You will be a critical resource in troubleshooting complex issues related to financial modules, resolving problems through in-depth analysis of system logs, configuration checks, and seamless coordination with other support teams. This role requires a blend of functional expertise and technical proficiency, including the ability to configure, develop, and implement integrations within the Oracle ERP platform. You will be working with clients within the Auto Finance sector, so a background in that field is highly valued. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients regarding Oracle ERP modules, specifically within the Financial module. Address data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues with a focus on Auto Finance workflows. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with clients. Log Analysis: Proficiently review system logs and error messages to identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions. Configuration Management: Assist with and execute configuration changes within Oracle ERP Financial modules to meet specific client requirements related to Auto Finance operations. Patch Management: Apply updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs, security vulnerabilities, and improve overall system performance. Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues, best practices, and Auto Finance-specific configurations. Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support engineers or development teams when necessary. Training and Support: Provide basic training to clients on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage, with a focus on relevant Auto Finance processes. Create and maintain user documentation. Integration Development: Configure, develop, and implement integrations within the Oracle ERP platform. Work with API's and other integration tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Thorough understanding of core Oracle ERP Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.). Experience with other modules such as procurement or order management is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and related technologies. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware or other integration platforms. Ability to work with API's. Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose technical issues systematically and identify root causes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical users. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Auto Finance Background: Prior experience working within the Auto Finance industry is highly preferred. Understanding of Auto Finance specific processes and terminology. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
