The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, troubleshooting complex flows, and implementing best practices to ensure a seamless user experience. Candidates need to have: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud experience is a plus). Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, and SOQL. Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including user profiles, permission sets, and access management. Experience in Salesforce automation, including flows, process builder, and validation rules. Expertise in building integrations using Apex REST APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug LWC components, Apex code, and automation issues. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus. Job Responsibilities: Champion Salesforce development best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Analyze business requirements and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions using native features whenever possible. Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external platforms using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools. Debug and optimize LWC components, reviewing code and identifying the root causes of system issues. Validate project scope, plans, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Develop, test, and implement new features, enhancements, upgrades, and conversions. Research, recommend, and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize Salesforce development. Work closely with business stakeholders to define alternate solutions for business challenges. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
