Job Title : IT Business Systems Partner Location : Boston, MA - Onsite Need LinkedIn USC, GC In this role, the IT Business Partner will be responsible for working closely with the Biometrics team supporting analytic server administration for internal-facing SAS servers and other R&D teams to support and advance technology capabilities that enable achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Biometrics and R&D stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and solicit requirements Act as a liaison with the IT team to ensure the relevant IT services are applied for the benefit of the business teams. Investigate, escalate, and resolve all SAS production support incidents Be the subject matter expert in SAS Server Administration with exposure to statistical programming needs to ensure the capabilities address the business needs Document and publish SAS workbooks and data extracts / workflows/ apps/macros Work with SAS workflows to automate, optimize efficiency and ease of use for process owners Lead implementation efforts, including for new capabilities and for enhancements / changes (e.g., batch scripts, hot fixes, infrastructure changes, new programming tools) Configure and manage project permissions; provides periodic reports on SAS and Server usage Oversee the support process working closely with the business teams requiring support and the third-party partners providing the support Create and maintain GxP-related validation documentation Proactively collect and monitor server and performance metrics, conduct performance tuning and capacity management Administer SAS software and servers in 24x7 highly available production environment Qualifications: Solid understanding of Global Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical company ecosystems, tools, and technology Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead system and application upgrades Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, and balance priorities while consistently achieving positive results Proficient with troubleshooting techniques to determine root cause analysis and formulate solution recommendations Practical skills in deploying large scale environment processing millions of records per day in a high-availability environment Desired Skills: 3+ years SAS Administration experience in a high availability architecture Keywords: rlang information technology green card Massachusetts IT Business Systems Partner || Boston, MA || Onsite || Local roopesh@vizoninc.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2270372&uid= |
