Role: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain) Location: Lebanon, NJ (Hybrid) - local only Exp: 10+ JD: Role : Insurance Domain Business Analyst Policy Servicing: Understanding policies, coverage, underwriting and correspondences. Insurance Claims: Familiarity with the claims process, and forms management. Key responsibility: Analysing requirements: Understanding business needs and translating them into functional specifications. Creating requirement documents: Documenting detailed requirements for developers and other stakeholders. Managing changes: Handling modifications to requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Working with other business analyst and development team to accept stories when requirements are met. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus. Having insurance domain knowledge is must.
