As an example, some candidates that work their already travel to Charlotte, NC on a Sunday evening, stay in/near Charlotte work 5 days onsite and then travel back home on a Friday afternoon, The client will cover flights and accommodation costs. This is an embedded resource position on a client site, so candidates must be willing to work on client site 5 days per week. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions Review and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk. Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts Contribute to Capgeminis Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills 9-13 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS) Experience in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations.
