Work Location: Remote Visa: USC only Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external system integrations. Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, data modeling, and process automation. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
