Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure data integrity across asset management systems. Monitor software licenses, track renewals, and ensure compliance with vendor contracts and policies. Optimize asset utilization and support cost-saving initiatives by analyzing usage trends. Implement and enforce ITAM policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for asset acquisition, renewals, and disposal. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., software audits, security policies). Generate reports and dashboards on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status. Troubleshoot and resolve ITAM-related issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM). Strong knowledge of hardware/software asset tracking and lifecycle management. Experience with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, SCCM, Snow Software, or similar). Understanding of software licensing models (e.g., SaaS, perpetual, subscription-based). Familiarity with ITIL best practices related to IT asset and service management. Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
