Please find the position details below. Position Title: Cloud Architect Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite required every Wednesday and Thursday) Duration: 12 Months Contract (with possible extension) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to provide strategic leadership in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions. The role requires a strong background in Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise architecture, with a focus on modernizing application environments and supporting large-scale integration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based cloud architecture solutions. Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation initiatives. Guide application development teams on architectural best practices. Support system integration and modernization efforts. Ensure cloud environments are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT architecture roles. Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Function Apps, and Microservices Architecture. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation. Expertise in .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, SOAP, REST, and Power scripting. Solid background in system integration and application modernization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements: Candidate must be local to Michigan or willing to relocate. A valid Michigan Drivers License is required.
