The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing testing processes, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with teams to drive effective testing strategies. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage functional testing projects with a strong focus on analytics and sql 2. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various analytics solutions 3. Execute test cases, identify defects, and manage defect tracking and resolution 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing meets business requirements and quality standards 5. Provide guidance to team members, review their work, and offer mentorship when needed 6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in functional testing methodologies 7. Communicate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure smooth testing processes and timely delivery of projects Skill Requirements 1. Proficient in analytics functional testing methodologies and tools 2. Strong knowledge of sql for data querying and validation 3. Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for analytics solutions 4. Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify potential issues or anomalies 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders 6. Detail oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality testing outcomes 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically Additional requirement: Should be able to understand requirements, translate to test cases, establish RTM, execute test cases, defect management, customer management.
