Manage adherence to the IES Program Level testing strategy, quality assurance processes, artifacts and tools Manage quality assurance team and deliverables; Liaison with relevant stakeholders, including subject matter experts, users, executive teams, etc. to ensure that projects meet business needs Oversee adherence to the IES Program Level testing strategy, quality assurance processes, artifacts and tools; Review deliverables from vendors to ensure system testing and delivery are in line with business needs, as described in the requirements Create and Maintain Test Automation scripts and Frameworks and provide guidance and advice to other resources to do the same Produce reports to Management and Project teams regarding status of Testing Efforts and Defect Management Manage test environments, test accounts and test data according to best practices Manage blended teams of State and vendor resources Mandatory Qualification (PASS/FAIL) | Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Tester | More than seven (7) years of work experience in quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization. | More than five (5) years of work experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management. | Additional Qualifications: | At least seven (7) years of work experience developing testing products including test plans, test cases, automated test scripts and defect reporting documentation. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium., Katalon etc. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with defect tracking and test planning tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins or HP Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in java scripting or related programing languages within the context of developing automated test script solutions. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience supervising teams of quality analysts. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience leading and facilitating meetings, workgroups, etc. | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with creating reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira or other tool | Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience managing the defect lifecycle including defect creation, monitoring and status reporting as well as retesting defect fixes.. | At least Two (2) years work experience coordinating with, and liaisoning with, performance testing teams or security testing teams. | Two (2) to four (4) years of work experience with Fair Hearings and Fair Hearing related | Keywords: quality analyst hewlett packard green card qa lesd tester:: usc::gc shweta@zealhire.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2272974 |
