The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, and drive process improvements within Workday. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and document requirements for Workday enhancements and configurations . Create, refine, and manage user stories in JIR A to support agile development processes. Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Support testing efforts, including test case development, execution, and defect resolution. Assist in system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting Workday-related issues . Ensure alignment of business objectives with Workday capabilities, recommending best practices and process improvements. Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, workflows, and user guides. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep projects on track. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process execution, or consulting. Hands-on experience with Workday , including system configuration, reporting, or integrations. Proficiency in JIRA for user story creation, backlog management, and Agile workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, or IT is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certification or experience with specific Workday modules ( HCM , Financials , Payroll , etc.). Background in HR, Finance, or IT-related projects. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools .
