Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major. Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies. Hands-on experience configuring ITOM Discovery (on-premise & Cloud), Service mapping Experience with Event management and integrating monitoring tools on ServiceNow platform. Experience & strong understanding of CMDB with very good understanding of CSDM. Experience integrating external system to ServiceNow using REST & SOA. Proficiency using Glide API and JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform ITSM implementation experience with knowledge on ITIL framework Knowledge of Networking concepts and Cloud concepts. Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
