Lead the technical design and implementation of ui/ux projects from conception to delivery. 2. Collaborate with cross functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive interfaces. 3. Conduct technical reviews, identify design gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance user experience. 4. Develop prototypes and wireframes to validate design concepts and functional requirements. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions for ui/ux challenges. 6. Provide guidance on frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure efficient implementation of designs. 7. Support in the evaluation and selection of design tools and software to streamline the design process. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in ui/ux design principles and best practices. 2. Strong knowledge of frontend development technologies such as html, css, javascript. 3. Experience with design tools like adobe xd, sketch, figma, or similar. 4. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design concepts. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. 6. Problem-solving skills to identify design issues and propose effective solutions. 7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Certifications: UX Design Certification or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
