This role will combine technical expertise with business acumen to implement, customize, and support CRM solutions that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Customization & Configuration : Configure, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client-specific business needs. Technical Implementation : Implement CRM solutions, including development of custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems. Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for CRM applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance and upgrades. Testing & Documentation : Lead UAT, prepare test cases, and ensure proper documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations. User Training & Adoption : Provide training to end-users and assist with CRM adoption strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (version 2016/365) and related technologies. Proficiency in customizing, configuring, and integrating CRM solutions with third-party applications. Solid understanding of CRM modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and C# for plugin development. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and Cloud-based solutions. Microsoft Certification in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB2-718 or equivalent).
