Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and MVC. Expertise in front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization. Experience in agile software development methodologies. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work onsite in Marshalltown, IA. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms. Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and tools. Knowledge of Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
