The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Target, including Business User, Integration, and Work Model. This role involves leading geospatial projects and leveraging Adobe Target to enhance user experience while driving business growth and making a positive impact on society. The selected individual will play a key role in managing the integration of Adobe Target into geospatial applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management and integration of Adobe Target into geospatial applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives. Oversee the implementation of Adobe Target to optimize the user experience. Develop and maintain geospatial data models while ensuring quality control. Analyze geospatial data and generate actionable insights to inform business strategies. Manage a hybrid work environment, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams. Stay current with advancements in geospatial technologies and Adobe Target. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. Ensure adherence to geospatial data regulations and industry standards. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in Adobe Target, including Business User, Integration, and Work Model. Extensive experience in geospatial project management and integration. Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex geospatial data. Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in developing and implementing data models to support strategic decision-making. Proven ability to manage hybrid work environments effectively. Must-Have: Adobe Target (Business User, Integration, Work Model) Geospatial project management & integration experience Strong analytical skills Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in geospatial project management and solutions. Strong background in Adobe Target, particularly Business User and Integration. Proven track record of successful leadership in geospatial projects. Certification as a Geospatial Professional (CGP) and Adobe Target Certification are required.
