Role : CRM Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Jefferson city MO (Onsite) Type : Contract Key Responsibilities: Job Description: We are seeking a CRM Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant to manage and optimize our clients Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role will combine technical expertise with business acumen to implement, customize, and support CRM solutions that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Customization & Configuration : Configure, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client-specific business needs. Technical Implementation : Implement CRM solutions, including development of custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems. Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for CRM applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance and upgrades. Testing & Documentation : Lead UAT, prepare test cases, and ensure proper documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations. User Training & Adoption : Provide training to end-users and assist with CRM adoption strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (version 2016/365) and related technologies. Proficiency in customizing, configuring, and integrating CRM solutions with third-party applications. Solid understanding of CRM modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and C# for plugin development. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and Cloud-based solutions. Microsoft Certification in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB2-718 or equivalent).
