Please have a look at the below job description, if interested please share your updated resume [email protected] Role: Data Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long Term Note: Must have 13+ years of Experience Job Description The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide data architectures. This role requires expertise in Azure cloud services, data modeling, and database management systems to ensure the efficient handling of data across the organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Data Vault 2.0 methodologies and be skilled in designing data pipelines, workflows, and data warehouse solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and secure data architectures on Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure data tools . Lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable Azure solutions . Optimize Azure performance and cost-efficiency through monitoring and recommendations. Implement Data Vault 2.0 methodologies using Wherescape automation software . Design and optimize fact and dimension table models for efficient data processing. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support enterprise-wide data integration. Formulate, review, and optimize SQL code for better performance. Improve data collection, storage, accessibility, and quality processes. Ensure security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards for all data lake resources. Deliver consumable data using information marts for business insights. Document designs, procedures, and troubleshooting methods for knowledge sharing. Perform knowledge transfer sessions related to Azure architectures and solutions.Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience working with large and complex database management systems. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure data tools . Expertise in Data Vault 2.0 methodologies and Wherescape automation software . Strong experience in fact and dimension table modeling . Proficiency in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows . Strong knowledge of SQL development and optimization . Experience with data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards . Proficiency in Python or Power (preferred).Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in business intelligence (BI) and data analysis . Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Database Management Systems optimization, recovery strategy, and load strategy design .
