Strategy and Design Develop and implement the strategy and roadmap for Dynatrace monitoring. Design the Dynatrace architecture based on IT landscape, security policies, and business requirements. Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and best practices for Dynatrace use. 2. Deployment and Configuration Business Process Mapping Identify infrastructure, applications, and business requirements for monitoring. Deploy and configure Dynatrace solutions across various environments (development, testing, production). Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications. Customize Dynatrace settings to meet specific business and technical needs. 3. Monitoring and Performance Management Set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace. Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor system performance. Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities. 4. Troubleshooting and Support Provide technical support for Dynatrace-related issues. Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues. 5. Optimization and Best Practices Optimize Dynatrace settings and configurations for improved performance. Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy. Develop and implement best practices for effective use of Dynatrace. 6. Documentation and Training Document Dynatrace configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Conduct training sessions for teams and stakeholders on Dynatrace usage. Create user guides and manuals for internal teams. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting. Strong background in application performance monitoring and management. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience managing and deploying monitoring solutions in complex global environments. Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking abilities. Strong Dynatrace DQL skills. Familiarity with TypeScript and React frameworks. Experience with scripting languages like Python and (preferred). Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development. Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
