Please find the job details below: Job Title: Telecom Field Operations/ Core Engineering Consultant Location: Tampa, FL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Field Operations & Core Engineering Consultant with extensive expertise in the telecom domain, covering both Field Operations (FieldOps) and Core Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end (E2E) FieldOps processes and a strong understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operational Support Systems). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize telecom operations, improve network efficiency, and ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Telecom Domain Expertise: Strong background in FieldOps, Core Engineering, BSS, and OSS. Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end Field Operations and resolving real-world telecom challenges. Technical Knowledge: Experience with 4G/5G networks, fiber optics, RF planning, network provisioning, and IP/MPLS networking. BSS & OSS Understanding: Ability to work with telecom billing systems, CRM, order management, network monitoring tools, and service assurance platforms. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize telecom operations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with field teams, IT departments, vendors, and management to drive operational excellence.
