Please find the job details below: Job Title: Process Engineer- Lean Six Sigma Location: San Antonio, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Role Description: Getting the Voice of Customer/ Problem statement from relevant stakeholders Create a high level project scope based on Problem statement Get stakeholders buy in for the project scope & high level timeliness Creating Detailed Project Plan & milestones Perform Data collation needed for analysis Analyse As-Is process & Data collated Conducting Brainstorming session with project team for To Be processes state Creating Value Stream Map & Performing Waste Analysis Providing Recommendation and Solutions road-map Get stakeholders buy in for the Recommendations & Road-map ahead Preparing a pilot implementation plan Preparing pilot readiness enablers to execute the pilot Implementation of Pilot Preparing a control and sustain plan and implement post pilot Share the project closure summary to the all the stakeholders Essential Skills: Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and regulations. Identifies opportunities to improve products, processes and service delivery across all channels. Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help Insurance Organizations to set and achieve their long term goals.
