Please find the job details below: Job Title: Commercial Claims Business Analyst Payments Integration (OneInc Payment Modernization) Location: WALTHAM, MA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Claims Business Analyst with experience in payments integration to support the modernization of our claims payment processes using OneInc payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims processing, payment workflows, and system integration. This role involves gathering business requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless implementation of OneInc s digital payment platform. Required Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in commercial claims, payments, or insurance technology projects. Strong knowledge of claims payment processing, digital payments, and ACH, EFT, and virtual card transactions. Experience with OneInc or other payment modernization solutions (preferred). Familiarity with API integrations, payment gateways, and financial transaction processing. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
