You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment with business process diagrams and system architecture, and supporting user acceptance testing. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: Business Requirements Creation: Gather and document business requirements, including problem statements, user stories, security requirements, performance expectations, integrations, and reporting needs. Process and System Alignment: Collaborate with the Business Process Improvement team to align business requirements with process diagrams and system diagrams. Clarification & Communication: Serve as the liaison between business teams and the development team, orchestrating clarifications as needed. Documentation: Clearly document acceptance criteria and both functional and non-functional requirements. Create UI/UX specifications and detail source/target data mapping. FIT/GAP Analysis: Lead FIT/GAP analysis and perform system comparisons. Testing Support: Assist with user acceptance testing and provide support during the hyper-care phase. Functional/Application Expertise: Provide functional and application expertise within the assigned function, conducting in-depth quality reviews on design and testing.
