Note: Need only local candidates Tampa, FL Role: SAFE Product Owner Location: Tampa, FL (Remote Travel once in a month) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Consultant with a strong background in SAFE, SAFe Framework, and Dx Product Lifecycle Management. With 9 to 12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of PO Analysis & Planning, Product vision and roadmap, Agile Methodologies, Dashboarding, and Azure DevOps. Experience in Reconciliation within BFS Payments is crucial. This role is pivotal in driving our product development strategies and ensuring our projects align with the lates Required Skills Technical Skills: Azure DevOps Dashboarding, PO Analysis & Planning,Dx Product Lifecycle Mgmt, Product vision and roadmap, SAFe Framework, SAFE, Agile Methodologies Roles & Responsibilities: Preferred location Tampa, FL, or willingness to travel to Tampa as client demands. Lead the implementation of SAFE and SAFe Frameworks to enhance our Agile practices. Utilize Dx Product Lifecycle Management tools to streamline product development processes. Conduct thorough PO Analysis & Planning to align product features with market needs. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap to stakeholders. Apply Agile Methodologies to optimize team performance and project delivery. Create and maintain dashboards using Azure DevOps for real-time project tracking. Ensure product development strategies are in sync with the latest industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Facilitate training sessions on Agile practices and tools for team members. Analyze and improve processes within the Reconciliation domain of BFS Payments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team efficiency. Stay abreast of technological advancements in product management and Agile practices. Qualifications Proven experience in SAFE, SAFe Framework, and Dx Product Lifecycle Management is required. Strong background in PO Analysis & Planning and developing product vision and roadmaps. Expertise in Agile Methodologies, Dashboarding, and Azure DevOps is essential. Must have domain experience in Reconciliation within BFS Payments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary. Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals. Adept at problem-solving and implementing innovative solutions.
