Job Description Business Platform Lead/Cloud EngineerLocation: Richmond, VAPosition Type: Hybrid

CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week onsiteContract Length: 1 YearSkype Position Overview:
This role will lead a team responsible for automation initiatives, AI integration, and enterprise content management, focusing on RPA, Adobe Sign, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee automation strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and process optimization.

Duties:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Administer the clients Adobe management Platform including Adobe Sign.
Help to create Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate.
Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation and AI engineers.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation and AI processes and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and AI systems.Required Skills:
5 years of proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role.
10 years of strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10 years of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10 years of experience working independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Adobe management experience including Adobe Sign
3 years of experience in RPA (UIPath, Automation anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
5 years of experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
