Hi I hope you are doing well Title: Cloud Infrastructure - Microsoft 365 Location : RI, - Onsite 5 days per week Need Only Locals Visa Except: OPT / CPT Need PP # For Submission JD SUMMARY: This opportunity is for a talented, experienced individual to work from the Providence, RI location, and assist in engineering related tasks and maintenance, participating in the on-call rotation in the event of an issue after hours or on weekends, and troubleshooting both the cloud infrastructure and on-premises enterprise technologies, to include servers and networking. The ideal candidate has a mix of diversified experience across a minimum of 3-5 years and must be familiar with: Cloud migration strong server admin, azure background, M365, top products SharePoint Exchange, Entra level, AD, Exchange Online, Azure. VMWare helpful if they have it. Theyll talk about actually DOING this. Focus on doing this. MAYBE a little ticket escalation but if level 1 cant solve, and its something customer facing and more behind the wall, enterprise side they can escalate it to level 1 level 2 push. Put ticketing system into place.
